Limited Edition of Genesis

Limited Edition of Genesis (AHR 32750-13) was born on May 16th, 2013.

‘L.E.’ is sired by the great Arno and out of good producing broodmare, Ladylike RP. Arno bears no introduction as one of the most influential stallions ever in North America. His offspring have dominated the shows and the AHR Inspection and Classification results for the last decade. He is the only AHR ‘SUPREME STATUS’ stallion in North America based on the merits of his offspring.

L.E.’s dam, Ladylike, is sired by Walzertakt and out of the great-producing mare, Larisa TOF. Walzertakt was one of the premier sires here in the United States, in addition to being a premier ‘W-line’ sire as well. He sired many AHR Silver Classified sons and daughters during his time here in the United States while on loan from Austria. He also produced 2 AHR GOLD Classified daughters, one of which is our very own Angel of Trisanna TOF (link). Larisa TOF is sired by the former World Champion Stallion, Amadeus, is considered one of the most influential stallions ever within the haflinger breed. She is out of the Austrian mare, Lanette. Larisa was imported from Austria by Tudor Oaks Farm. She has been a proven broodmare that has produced numerous show and Futurity champions, including many AHR Silver Classified daughters. This mare line offers lots of athleticism with smooth bones with perhaps most importantly long necks, which is a rare attribute among haflingers here in the United States.

L.E. was the ONLY FOAL SIRED by ARNO to be BORN in 2013! But, she didn’t disappoint us!

L.E.’s show ring debut was the 2013 AHR Futurity. Even though she was the youngest foal in the class, she won the blue ribbon in the Junior Weanling Filly division and went on to be named ‘Reserve Junior Champion Weanling’ (the class was actually won by her stable-mate, Avion of Genesis). In the very competitive pleasure SIP class, out of over 20 entries, L.E. placed 4th.

We love everything about L.E., including her balance, athleticism, movement and sweet temperament. Watch for L.E. in 2014!
